Refunds

Late or missing refunds

Refunds apply to blank garments in production. Customer has 24hrs prior to the approved production date to cancel an order. A shop fee of 20% is deducted from the original invoice to cover shipping cost, shop supplies and restocking fees. This fee is non-negotiable.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Printed garments and items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at baileycustomshirts@gmail.com.

Bailey Custom Shirts has a no refund policy on decorative garments. If the product was damaged in production, then we have an obligation to replace the garment for no additional charge. Customer pays for Shipping if the product must be shipped to a residential or commercial address, no PO Box.
