Screen printing t shirt shops are known to have the ability to print a large quantity of garments. Most companies have it least it least a 12-piece order minimum due to the setup cost and time it takes to setup a print job. A print shop has to retrieve the order, request garment sizes, quantities, colors, expected deadline, artwork approval, appropriate files, and possibility artwork separation. Screenprinting Artwork separation is exactly how it sounds. The artwork has to be separated into its own color palette to produce an image to print on a garment or substrate. This process could range from a low to high hourly cost to have a graphic designer produce if it is not print ready. Consider having the appropriate file when contacting a screen-printing shop.
Don’t forget to ask your graphic designer for the following file formats for Screenprinting? Photoshop, Illustrator, EPS, PDF, or a SVG file. These files are commonly known to the print industry and graphic designers.

Sublimation garments are wonderful to have but can be limited due to its fabric limitations. Sublimation printing is recommended on 100% polyester fabrics which can withhold the dye process to appropriate proper bonding to the garment. This process releases ink that become a gas when heated at a very high temperature.
Sublimation printing is common in many industries such as sporting events, fishing, golfing and festivals. It’s a great way to print garments especially if you going to be attending an outside event.
Does the company offer custom t shirts no minimum? Single t shirt orders are common for retail shops that print custom shirts for customers that want a simple design. This is typically printed using vinyl material. Vinyl printing is widely used and has been around for decades. A one to two color vinyl print can take between 20 to 30 minutes to print. Sublimation orders are also considered no minimum printing services because the image is printed on a special paper then pressed to the substrate or garment. Gang sheets can be used to print multiples of the same design for a client and can done in 20 to 30 minutes.
