Does the Company offer Sublimation?

Sublimation garments are wonderful to have but can be limited due to its fabric limitations. Sublimation printing is recommended on 100% polyester fabrics which can withhold the dye process to appropriate proper bonding to the garment. This process releases ink that become a gas when heated at a very high temperature.

Sublimation printing is common in many industries such as sporting events, fishing, golfing and festivals. It’s a great way to print garments especially if you going to be attending an outside event.

Does the company offer custom t shirts no minimum? Single t shirt orders are common for retail shops that print custom shirts for customers that want a simple design. This is typically printed using vinyl material. Vinyl printing is widely used and has been around for decades. A one to two color vinyl print can take between 20 to 30 minutes to print. Sublimation orders are also considered no minimum printing services because the image is printed on a special paper then pressed to the substrate or garment. Gang sheets can be used to print multiples of the same design for a client and can done in 20 to 30 minutes.
